Volume one is the first installment in the Third Shift Society webtoon in graphic novel format.

Ellie isn’t having the best of time with life right now, She’s in debt, about to be evicted and now she’s partnering up with a Jack-o-Lantern as his assistant to solve paranormal mysteries.

The story don’t take long to pick up and keeps a pretty steady pace with not to much in the way of down time.

This story is full of monsters , magic and psychic powers.

The art work is fantastic and i loved the color palette. Its got a spooky vibe but not creepy ( if that makes sense to anyone aside from me ). When you look at the book at the start you wont think its going to be as wholesome as it is and how many times you’ll giggle to yourself.

Did I go in to this book thinking id be simping over a pumpkin headed man named  Ichabod, No….am I upset it happened, also no.

The ending leaves you really waning to know more about about both Ellie and Ichabod. I had volume two on stand by and picked it up the next day.
